THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Design Intern to join our design and product development team in Copenhagen. As a design intern, you will closely collaborate with our associate creative director and the rest of the product development. If you’re fresh out of school and ready to dive into a variety of design and production tasks, this might be the opportunity for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products within the sleep area.
- Tech packs: Create technical drawings and set ups for production.
- Labels & certification: Create and update our trim catalogue for current and new development.
- Samples commenting: Assist with the samples and communication with the supplier.
- Reseach: Keeping up-to-date with materials, industry trends, technologies, and innovations within the sleep area for children.

Graphic Design & Content Creation Intern
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a creative mind with a passion for graphic design, content creation, and digital storytelling? Moonboon is looking for a Graphic Design & Content Creation Intern to join our marketing team in Copenhagen. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in an ambitious and fast-growing company that values creativity and initiative.
As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Art Director and the branding & marketing team to bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. You’ll be involved in everything from production of sales catalogues, UX design, ad creation, photography and content production for social media.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create printed magazines and sales catalogues for retail distribution.
- Create digital campaigns for social media and paid advertising in multiple languages.
- Shoot and edit picture (and video) content for ads, social media, and our website.
- Develop website and app mockups to enhance the user experience.
- Contribute to brand storytelling through photography and graphics.
- Be part of content production, whether it’s snapping packshot pictures or styling engaging visuals.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A creative and proactive mindset—we value people who bring ideas to the table!
- A student of graphic design, multimedia design, concept development, or a related communication field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with either photography or image editing.

Sales Manager, DACH Region
THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek a proactive and dynamic Sales Manager with a hunter mentality to spearhead our expansion efforts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Based in our Copenhagen office, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing Moonboon's presence in the DACH market. This role focuses primarily on new client acquisition, as other team members will manage account management and client retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the DACH region through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events, fairs, and to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Process Management:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team post-sale.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) and prepare regular reports on sales activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role, focusing on new business development in the DACH region would be a preffered.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably within the baby or children's products sector.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.

Sales and Customer Service Coordinator
Moonboon is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our office in Copenhagen. This full-time role combines both B2B sales coordination and B2C customer service tasks, and you will become a key part of our dynamic, fast-growing team. We are a creative and ambitious company creating premium, organic baby products, and we are seeking a structured, service-oriented, and passionate person who wants to make a difference both internally and externally.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will have a versatile role covering both B2B sales support and B2C customer service tasks. You will be in contact with our B2B and B2C customers across all the countries we operate in.
PRIMARY TASKS: B2B/SALES COORDINATION
- Fulfillment and order processing: Coordinating orders from receipt to delivery and optimizing processes.
- Customer service: Daily communication with customers regarding orders and deliveries, as well as resolving inquiries.
- Claims handling: Managing complaints and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication and coordination: Collaborating with sales and internal departments to ensure smooth processes, as well as maintaining the showroom.
- Data management: Updating customer and order data, and reporting key metrics.
SECONDARY TASKS: B2C/CUSTOMER SERVICE (approx. 2 hours a day)
- Managing returns and complaints, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
- Responding to B2C customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborating with our logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Experience with both B2B sales coordination, customer service, and fulfillment.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English – German, Norwegian, or Dutch is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Personal or professional experience with young children is a plus, but not a requirement.
