Sales Manager, DACH Region
THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek a proactive and dynamic Sales Manager with a hunter mentality to spearhead our expansion efforts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Based in our Copenhagen office, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing Moonboon's presence in the DACH market. This role focuses primarily on new client acquisition, as other team members will manage account management and client retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the DACH region through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

Sales Process Management:

THE OPPORTUNITY

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager at Moonboon, you will play a key role in building and managing the company’s supply chain function. You will be responsible for developing processes and structures that support an efficient, scalable, and well-organized supply chain aligned with business goals and operational needs. This role includes overseeing inventory of 10-15 million and procurement valued at 30-40 million kroner annually.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a clear overview of forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting, ensuring that procurement and inventory management are prioritized and optimized. A key focus will be procurement and supplier follow-up, including negotiating and optimizing agreements, securing favorable terms, and ensuring timely deliveries.
You will drive continuous optimization of logistics and supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency, automation, and cost-effectiveness, while using ERP systems, planning tools, and automation technologies. Additionally, you will oversee inbound supply chain management, ensuring smooth handling from procurement to warehousing, and manage documentation, invoicing, and supplier coordination for compliance and transparency.
